Ingredients:
The Art of Good Food Raspberry-Tarragon Dressing Mix (prepared per package directions)
Boneless fish filets allow 1-2 per person depending on size.(talapia, whitefish, or any light mild fish)
Lemon
Instructions:
1. Rinse and pat dry the filets.
2. Turn them into a bowl with The Art of Good Food's Raspberry-Tarragon Dressing and make sure they are covered.
3. Spray a broiler pan with a little vegetable spray and place the filets on the pan.
4. Broil under the broiler for 8-12 minutes (depending on filet size) or until the fish is flaky when touched with a fork.
5. Serve with a wedge of lemon, a small spring salad with The Art of Good Food's Raspberry-Tarragon Dressing and rice or pasta of your choice.
